Message flags, searching for & sending messages. Using spell check. Setting message options- set importance & sensitivity of message. Set delivery date & expiry date. How to direct replies to someone else. Formatting messages- To select a word or a paragraph. Changing the font. Adding bullets. To Centre & justify text. Replying to a message. Forwarding a message. Attaching a file to a message. Sent items folder- Open & re-send a message. To open the outbox folder. |
